Eight new inductees to be enshrined in a ceremony at 3 pm on Sunday June 8th, 2025.
The Maine Jewish Hall of Fame, Presented by Dorothy Suzi Osher in Memory of Alfred Osher, was created in 2018 to bestow recognition on outstanding Jewish leaders from throughout the state who have brought distinction and honor to the State of Maine or beyond. Those listed below, who were elected in to the 2025 Class by the Nominating Committee, reflect the Jewish value of making the world a better place through outstanding accomplishments and/or humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors. This year’s Inductees include leaders in the fields of education, business, law, governmental policy, community service, human rights, and medicine.

This year, we will award the Affinity Award given to honor those who walk with us, who take time to tell our stories, and who recognize the importance of Stepping out o one’s own circle and into another with warmth and compassion.
