Constructed (Disquiet)
June 27 – August 23, 2024
About This Exhibition
This is a group exhibition of sculptors and painters. In these times of enormous conflict, artists seek to give voice to their distress with these conditions. The artists in this show work with assorted components to achieve a desired narrative about their solutions for peace and quietude. They join small or unlike parts to create a larger whole, collaging, combining sequential elements, or creating dimensionally layered images. Some of the excitement of this show will be seeing the artists’ care and diversity of approaches to building a powerful visual narrative.
